sending mail help

So heres my problem. I have all setting correct and all I need is to have a correct field information. What symbol to I put???

Ex.

"Attn: (Bookings::Fname) ¶¶Your booking date has been changed to (Bookings::Arrival_Date). ¶¶This is an automated email and you do not need to reply. ¶¶We will see you soon! ¶¶Thank You!"

What do I put or symbols do I use to show the name of (Bookings::Fname) and (Bookings::Arrival_Date).

Please cut and paste my previous example and just put the code in there.

What are the other commands? Such as bold, underlined, increase font and stuff.

Create a dummy calculated field and look for the text attributes that you are after. The calculation will guide you to the necessary components for each different aspect. Then apply those to the text in your email layout as desired.
