As your FileMaker Partner we wanted to make sure you were aware of the changes in upgrade licensing that FileMaker is switching to in late September. This is a big change in how you can stay current with your software, but we feel it will be easier in maintaining your solution at the most optimum level.
As of September 26th, 2014:
- FileMaker Pro 10 upgrade eligibility ends which means you will have to pay full price to move up to the latest version.
- Clients with 5 seats or more (Volume Licensing Program) will no longer be able to purchase upgrades. This means if you have 5 or more seats you will need to remain current with your maintenance agreement or have to purchase the seats again at full price.
The new FileMaker 13 Platform is a set of tools and technologies used to easily create custom solutions that go everywhere your business takes you. Get more than 50 new features that include breakthrough web technology, flexible design tools, native iOS behaviors, and stronger security.
