    Table Relationships

    Hello,

I am currently making a database for a gym. I'm keeping track of members info and I'm a little confused on how to keep track of the time that they go to the gym. I'm not sure if I need a new table specifically for the time or if it can be added into either the members or the gyms table.

You'll need another table for sessions or visits. You'll want to relate it to the members with a key field.
Primary key in the members table to a foreign key in the Sessions Table.
For simplicity, you can put a portal on the members layout and enter data there.

Remember, if the data is going to change, it should (usually) be in a separate table. You will have a table with all of your users and then an additional table that will track the in/out records.

    Hope this helps!!
